Whatever the season, weather or style of your gathering, Bundara Farm has a number of unique areas that can suit a variety of occasions.
The Stables is a rustic dining area where everyone come together and enjoy a long lunch or special gathering. The dining table has plenty of room for everyone, and the stalls can be used for socialising, as can the outdoor area overlooking the paddocks and dam. The Stables are well suited to a catered meal and can be used during the day or evening. They are situated near the former dressage arena (a 60x20m flat grass area) which is ideal for relaxing, games and team building activities.
The Long Table
The Long Table is at the rear of the house next to the fire pit, and can seat 30 people. It has lights and a pergola which you can decorate as you like, and is within close proximity to the cooking facilities. It is a lovely place to dine on warm evenings and sunny winter days.
A huge verandah, great for canapés and cocktails, where everybody can mingle and overlook the property. Tables can also be set up and the area can be used for dining.
The Lounge Room
This 7x10m room has a massive open fireplace, and plenty of room for socialising, working or even an intimate wedding ceremony. There is room to set up tables for training or workshopping, and it has a large TV that can be paired with a laptop, tablet or phone for presenting.
The Dining Room
The dining room is big enough for everybody staying at the property to dine inside together.
The Games Room
A huge games room with a competition size billiards table, lots of room to socialise and a table tennis table. The furniture (except the billiards table) can be pushed aside to make room for yoga, craft, break out spaces or decorated for a wedding.
The Kitchen and Scullery
The Kitchen has two ovens, two dishwashers, two fridges and a microwave. There is enough crockery, cutlery, glassware and cookware for everybody staying at the property. Also included is a slow cooker, cake mixer and blender. There is an espresso machine and bean grinder, along with a pod coffee machine. Off the Kitchen is the Scullery, which has direct access to the gas barbecue at the rear of house. It has two additional sinks and space for food preparation. There are a range of serving platters, wine and champagne glasses, as well as ice buckets and drinks tubs, and three trestle tables which can be set up anywhere.
Bundara Farm is a five minute drive from the bustling historic township of Berry, and also a five minute drive from the stunning Seven Mile Beach.
The area has a huge range of things to do including wineries, restaurants, cafes, pubs, boutique shops, artisan bakeries, mountain bike trails, bush walks, horse riding, golf, surfing, fishing, craft and a variety of local markets and fairs.
We can help organise leisure and corporate packages to make your stay unique. These include paddock to plate dinners, outdoor movie nights, private yoga classes, spa treatments, team building activities … the list is endless and can be tailored to any event or interest.
