Whatever the season, weather or style of your gathering, Bundara Farm has a number of unique areas that can suit a variety of occasions. It is so abundantly appointed that apart from family, friends and food, there’s really not much else to bring.
The Long Table
The Long Table is at the rear of the house beneath the vines. It’s next to the outdoor fireplace and can seat 30 people. It has lights and a pergola which you can decorate as you like, and is within close proximity to the cooking facilities. It is a lovely place to dine on warm evenings and sunny winter days.
If it’s too hot, too sunny, too windy or too wet, The Deck, also at the rear of the house is a great spot for gathering as well. You can set it up for cocktails or dining, or even yoga or meditation. It’s undercover and in close proximity to the kitchen and living areas of the house.
The house has a huge verandah, great for canapés and cocktails, where everybody can mingle and overlook the property.
The Lounge Room
This 70sqm room has a massive open fireplace, and plenty of room for socialising, working or gathering. There is room to set up tables for training or workshopping, and it has a large TV that can be paired with a laptop, tablet or phone for presenting.
The Dining Room
The dining room is big enough for everybody staying at the property to dine inside together.
This 100sqm multi-functional space that can be used for relaxing, working, yoga, or even set up for a banquet for 30. There is billiards and table tennis, sofas, a TV, a piano and a bar, as well as lots of board games, a powder room and two bathrooms.
The Kitchen and Scullery
The Kitchen has enough crockery, cutlery, glassware and cookware for everybody staying at the property, along with an impressive array of tableware in a selection of styles to create a beautiful table setting. Off the Kitchen is the Scullery, which has direct access to the gas barbecue at the rear of house. It has an additional sink and space for food preparation, along with two fridges and a freezer. There are a range of serving platters, wine and champagne glasses, as well as ice buckets and drinks tubs.
The house and cottages are surrounded by beautifully maintained gardens and grounds. There are several manicured gardens containing thousands of plants and flowers, each with a different colour palette and style. The property is set on 14 acres, so there is plenty of room for the kids to run around on the expansive lawns, or to kick a ball on the former dressage arena.
Bundara Farm is a five minute drive from the bustling historic township of Berry, and also a five minute drive from the stunning Seven Mile Beach.
The area has a huge range of things to do including wineries, restaurants, cafes, pubs, boutique shops, artisan bakeries, mountain bike trails, bush walks, horse riding, golf, surfing, fishing, craft and a variety of local markets and fairs.
