Minimum Booking
A minimum stay of 2 nights applies for all bookings.
During high season (Dec to Jan) and depending on nature of your gathering, a longer minimum stay of 5 to 7 nights may apply.
For groups with over 18 people, we may request that you book the whole property to ensure the amenity of guests staying in the cottages is not disturbed. Please refer to our terms and conditions for full details.
Additional Charges
A one-off cleaning and linen charge of $200 applies when booking Bellevue or Waverley Cottages. Cleaning and linen for the Homestead is $800.
