The Homestead sits just inside the welcoming gates of Bundara Farm and overlooks the manicured gardens and onwards across our galloway cow paddock and towering gum trees. The spectacular view is complemented by a beautifully designed home, styled to deliver our guests all the grandeur of a traditional country homestead with the comfort of a boutique modern farmhouse.

STAY

We hope you will feel very much at home and every creature comfort has been incorporated to ensure that you do.

Set across three levels, The Homestead features multiple living and dining spaces to ensure there is space for everyone to relax and enjoy. Gather around the open fire in the main living area, challenge friends to a game of pool or table tennis in our expansive Cellar room, or retreat to the cosy tv lounge for a favourite movie sreening.

We understand the significance of food in bringing together loved ones. For those who enjoy culinary adventures, our chef equipped kitchen provides everything needed for crafting the perfect celebratory meal, boasting an array of applicances, ample crockery, cutlery and glassware. Our scullery area offers additional conveniences including commercial fridges and freezer, a second oven and dishwasher and easy access to our inviting outdoor dining spaces.

If you prefer to unwind and leave the cooking to someone else, we collaborate with local caterers who excel in creating exceptional dining experiences tailored to your preferences.

RELAX

With accommodation for up to 18 guests spread across three levels, The Homestead offers seven bedrooms, six bathrooms and multiple inviting living areas offering ample space for shared moments or personal retreats.

Featuring luxury linens and bespoke furnishings, we have set out to create spaces that are carefully curated to blend comfort with style.

SPACE

The Homestead offers a range of spaces that can be used for dining, gathering, socialising, working and unwinding, creating the ideal setting for cherished moments with friends and family. Whether basking in the sun on the front verandah, savouring an intimate dinner fireside or indulging in a Provence-inspired long lunch or dinner under the grapevines at our 30 person Long Table, we hope every experience will be memorable.
